This article examines the historical development of tax systems in the United States and other industrialized nations, as well as their earlier failures, key lessons, and the effects of their policies on various scales of economic activities. The essential objectives of this study are to identify components of tax laws in different times and geographic regions of the US, as well as to evaluate their effect on financial stability. The discoveries demonstrate that tax policy impacts a country's economic strength and financial growth.
