abstract: HIV remains one of the most serious global public health challenges, particularly affecting vulnerable populations, including children. Despite significant advances in antiretroviral therapy (ART) and its widespread use, adherence to treatment among HIV-infected children remains a pressing issue. Low adherence to ART can lead to reduced drug efficacy, the development of drug resistance, and a deterioration in the patient's quality of life.
