abstract: This article is dedicated to analyzing the methodologies for developing the professional and personal abilities of future engineers-technologists. The article discusses methods for improving the professional skills of engineers-technologists, such as studying, practical training, innovative thinking, and adapting to technological changes. From the perspective of personal development, methods for enhancing communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and stress management are described. Adapting to new technologies and future development trends is crucial for ensuring the success of engineers-technologists. The article provides ways for future engineers to improve both their professional and personal abilities.
