Transport kommunikatsiyalarini loyihalash jarayonlariga zamonaviy texnologiyalarni qo’llash ularni loyihalash sifatlarini oshirishga, bu ishlarni kam ishchi kuchi sarflab, qisqa muddatlar ichida bajara olishga imkoniyat yaratadi.
