abstract: Adolescence is a critical developmental phase characterized by rapid physical, emotional, and cognitive changes. This article explores the contributions of foreign psychologists to the understanding of adolescence, emphasizing theories of development, behavioral studies, and modern approaches. Notable research by Erik Erikson, Jean Piaget, and Lev Vygotsky, as well as contemporary studies in neuropsychology and cultural psychology, are examined to highlight the diverse perspectives shaping current knowledge of adolescence.
