abstract: The educational system is the main form of organizing the educational process, the effectiveness of which directly depends on the relationship between the teacher and the student, their interaction. The relationship between the teacher and the student is an important component of the didactic system. Their interaction should be based not only on pedagogical knowledge, but also on the principles of humanity. The humanistic approach plays an important role in achieving the highest goal of the education system.
