abstract: Leadership plays a crucial role for organization to achieve its goals and objectives. So, this article demonstrates the effect of leadership to team’s efficiency, motivation and team members performance. You can see in the real company examples, how the right chosen leadership style can transform goals into results. Then we discussed why leadership style is important to achieve objectives and which one I consider better according to may research. In the end, you can find my own recommendations to develop leadership style in the organization, and some models to use for getting better results in team works.
