Mavjud muammolarga rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasiga asoslanib muqobil еchimlar taklif qilinadi. Xulosa qilinadiki, bugungi kunda yuzaga kelayotgan nizolarni an’anaviy usulda emas, balki muqobil usullarda, xususan mediatsiya institutidan foydalanib hal qilish keng tarqalmoqda.
