abstract: In the late XIX - early XX century in the traditional agricultural ritual of the population of the Ferghana Valley, relics of ancient beliefs continued to be preserved, which in present form and in worn-out forms are still present today. In this article, local manifestations and local features of numerous of beliefs, customs and rituals of the population of the valley were illuminated that is inherent in other historical and cultural areas of the Fergana Valley.
