In this article, the implementation of digital technologies in the educational system of the Republic of Uzbekistan is considered as a social necessity, the concept of the "digitization" process is explained, the advantages of digital technologies and the conditions for effective use of digital technologies in education while maintaining the quality of teaching are given.
