%X This article presents the views of scientists in the creation of scientific criteria for the science of religious psychology.  The views of scholars who have taken a philosophical approach to the concepts of religion, religiosity, and the religiosity of the individual.  It also covers the role of the socio-psychological characteristics of a religious person in the system of theories of foreign scientists.
