	bibo:abstract "Ushbu tizimli sharh tuxumdonlar polikistozi sindromining (TPS) shakllanishida immun tizimi disregulyatsiyasining rolini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda surunkali past darajali yallig‘lanish (low-grade inflammation), yallig‘lanishga moyil sitokinlar (IL-6, TNF-α) va antiovarial antitelalarning (AOA) tuxumdonlar disfunksiyasidagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Oxirgi 5 yillik (2021–2026 yy.) ilmiy manbalar tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki, TPS nafaqat endokrin, balki murakkab autoimmun komponentga ega tizimli patologiyadir.
