	bibo:abstract "&nbsp;This article will talk about methods and means of improving the mechanism for protecting the safety of employees in the production of industrial enterprises, methods of using Technical Safety in the process of work, rules and procedures on labor protection and Technical Safety. Directions for improving the mechanism for protecting the safety of employees are indicated in the production of industrial enterprises. The impact of the mechanism for protecting the safety of employees on the development of industrial production and its practical results are expressed. The main purpose of the mechanism for protecting the safety of employees is to provide employees with information on dangerous factors that occur during the period of human labor activity in production, their causes and ways of elimination, ensuring labor frustration and creating safe and healthy working conditions, protecting employees from various risks and generating practical skills. The main issue of the author's research is aimed at highlighting the issues of improving the mechanism for protecting the safety of employees in the production process at enterprises, explaining the procedure for labor protection and providing instructions on how to put them into practice, establishing the rules of Technical Safety."^^xsd:string;
