abstract: The article discusses the legal problems of economic legal proceedings for conducting a trial, analyzes issues of conducting simplified proceedings and serving a statement of claim and problems of postponing the trial. It is concluded that the legislation should be amended and supplemented to establish the deadline for consideration of the claim.
