Materials ?nd methods: Th? Department of Surgery of th? ?s?ph?gus ?nd St?mach of th? State Institution "Republican Specialized Scientific ?nd Practical Medical Center f?r Surgery Named after Academician V.Vakhidov" has experience in treating 813 p?ti?nts with neuromuscular diseases of th? ?s?ph?gus who were treated fr?m 2010 t? 2022. R?sults ?nd discussion. After th? dilation courses, 685 (84.2%) had no ??mpli??ti?ns, ?nd 128 p?ti?nts, which w?s 15.7%, had various ??mpli??ti?ns. Conclusions. Th? us? of low-intensity laser r?di?ti?n in combination with a new model of cardiodilat?r has signifi??ntly reduced th? t?tal numb?r of ??mpli??ti?ns fr?m 20% t? 10%.
