abstract: Road safety is one of the urgent problems of today, due to the increasing number of vehicles and the increasing number of traffic accidents and their resulting deaths. approach is necessary. The article provides information on the activities carried out by the United Nations organization to reduce the consequences of road traffic accidents, as well as a statistical analysis and ranking of road traffic accidents in the countries of the world.
