abstract: It is not secret that climate change is one of the main problems of today's economy. As a result of climate change, the amount of resources available in nature continues to decrease sharply, and as a negative result of this, the lack of resources, which is one of the main problems of the economy, is clearly manifested. This article analyzes the data on the capacity of renewable energy sources and low-carbon energy production capacity of a number of Central Asian countries. The countries of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan have been studied.
