abstract: The article reveals ways that can help identify effective ways of teaching, in which educational goals give the teacher a clear idea of what kind of person should be formed and, of course, the necessary meaning and direction of his work. Pedagogical activity consists of two types: scientific and practical. The pedagogical activity of a teacher is an activity aimed at developing the system of knowledge, skills and abilities of students, which simultaneously includes the goals of personal development and education
