%X This scientific article explores the interplay between two fundamental branches of linguistics: Contrastive Linguistics and Text Linguistics. While Contrastive Linguistics focuses on comparing and contrasting linguistic structures across different languages, Text Linguistics examines how language functions in discourse. This paper discusses the theoretical foundations of each field, their mutual relevance, and how their integration can enhance our understanding of language structure and communication. Through practical examples and case studies, we demonstrate how the combination of these two disciplines can offer fresh insights into language analysis and translation studies.
