abstract: root crops are very demanding of mineral fertilizers; sufficient supply of them leads to good yield and quality of the crop. Root crops also produce leaf crops in addition to root crops. The sufficiency of digestible protein in the leaf composition is also influenced by the norms of mineral fertilizers. The application of mineral fertilizers at the rate of N150R100K150 kg/ha results in a beet leaf yield of 113.3 c/ha.
