      "abstract": "This article analyzes modern laboratory diagnostic methods used in the detection of infectious diseases. Particular attention is given to microbiological, serological, immunological, and molecular diagnostic techniques. The advantages of highly sensitive methods such as PCR and ELISA, as well as their role in early disease detection, are discussed. In addition, the importance of proper collection and analysis of biomaterials in ensuring diagnostic accuracy is highlighted. The findings demonstrate the significant role of laboratory diagnostics in the effective identification of infectious diseases and in maintaining epidemiological surveillance.",
