      "abstract": "Nas (nasvay) is a smokeless nicotine-containing product widely used in Central Asia, composed of tobacco and alkaline additives. This study evaluated the effects of nas consumption on hematological and biochemical blood parameters. According to the results of a six-month follow-up, an increase in hemoglobin levels, leukocytosis, elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, as well as adverse changes in liver enzymes and lipid profile were observed among nas users. The findings suggest that nas consumption may increase the risk of systemic inflammation and metabolic disorders.",
