      "abstract": "This article provides an in-depth analysis of the negative impacts of climate change on the global and Uzbek economies. It examines natural disasters (droughts, floods, heat waves, storms) resulting from increased greenhouse gas emissions and their direct and indirect impacts on key economic sectors such as agriculture, industry, energy, transport, and tourism. It also examines the financial losses resulting from climate change, including reduced productivity, infrastructure damage, disruption of supply chains, and increased health care costs. It also examines the costs of adapting to and mitigating climate change, including the introduction of new technologies, infrastructure modernization, and water management systems.",
