Organizational and pedagogical predictive model of the educational process serves as a condition for constructing the educational space initiating the improvement and self-improvement of physical education teachers’ professional competence in the process of professional development. Creating the motivational space, initiating individual work of students and assisting them in developing their individual trajectory of selfimprovement were the basis of the developed model.
