Однако известно, что использование лекарственной компенсации для этого состояния может быть эффективным не для всех пациентов. В этом случае результат лечения зависит от безопасности пациента во время операции, во многих случаях от методики премедикации. В последние десятилетие возможности премедикации при хирургии щитовидной железы значительно расширились.
