abstract:  This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of the content, normative and legal foundations, and institutional mechanisms of the state policy implemented in the spiritual and educational sphere of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study also examines existing problems in this field and explores possible solutions from a scholarly perspective. The research is based on an analysis of presidential decrees and resolutions, government regulations, official statistical data, as well as national and international academic literature, in order to assess the effectiveness of spiritual and educational policy. In addition, the article addresses issues related to youth spirituality and ideological security in the context of globalization and the digital information environment, and proposes scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving this sphere.
