The results demonstrated that total microbial count, coliform bacteria, Escherichia coli, and enterococci are the primary indicators of sanitary conditions. Their presence indicates violations of sanitary and hygienic standards. In conclusion, monitoring of sanitary indicator microorganisms is essential for ensuring epidemiological safety.
