It is shown, that nonstoichiometric calcium-deficient carbon bearing hydroxyapatite is the main mineral component of the investigated dental hard tissues. The broad spectrum of microelements could be isomorphically included in crystalline structure of apatite of hard tooth tissues was detected. We find out decreased mineralization in mantle dentin.
