ITALYAN TILIDA GRAMMATIK JINS KATEGORIYASI: MORFOSINTAKTIK VA SOTSIOLINGVISTIK TAHLIL

This article analyzes the category of grammatical gender (rod) in the Italian language from a linguistic perspective. The study examines the historical formation of grammatical gender, its morphological and syntactic features, its agreement with articles and adjectives (accordanza), as well as sociolinguistic debates on the issue of language and gender in modern Italian society. The article is based on the recommendations of the Accademia della Crusca and the scientific views of Alma Sabatini and other linguists. The results of the study show that grammatical gender has not only structural but also social significance.
