This article, based on a philosophical approach to the issues of spiritual and cultural development in Uzbekistan, examines comprehensive analysis, the role of spirituality and culture in the sustainable development of society, their inseparable connection with social, political, and pedagogical processes, the formation of the spiritual and educational sphere as a priority direction in state policy, the harmony of national values and modern worldview, the model of Uzbekistan’s spiritual and cultural development through comparative analysis with world and CIS philosophical views, and the theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring spiritual development through education, art, ethics, and digital technologies.
