DYNAMICS OF C-REACTIVE PROTEIN LEVELS IN CHILDREN WITH CYSTIC FIBROSIS IN THE ARAL SEA REGION

In recent years, cystic fibrosis, an autosomal recessive hereditary disease caused by a pathogenic variant of the nucleotide sequence (mutation) of the Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) gene, has been diagnosed more and more in children worldwide. To date, the increasing incidence, insufficient understanding of the pathogenetic mechanisms, specific features of the clinical course, and the emergence of severe complications of cystic fibrosis require scientific research on this nosology.
