CHANGES IN BODY MEASUREMENTS DURING PREGNANCY

This article analyzes the physical changes in body measurements of 15 healthy pregnant women between the 3rd and 9th months of pregnancy through scientific observations and measurements. For each month, specific anthropometric changes and their causes are discussed. The results show that during pregnancy, abdominal perimeter, waist circumference, hip circumference, and body weight increase significantly. These findings are essential for monitoring pregnancy, identifying risk factors, preparing for childbirth, and ensuring postpartum recovery.
