This paper explores the dual impact of high-heeled footwear on women, focusing on both its aesthetic and ergonomic dimensions. While high heels are often valued for enhancing physical appearance and social confidence, they also pose significant health risks such as postural imbalance, musculoskeletal strain, and chronic foot pain. The study analyzes user experiences and medical data to highlight these health concerns. Furthermore, the research introduces transformable heel designs as an innovative solution to mitigate ergonomic issues without compromising on visual appeal. By bridging fashion and functionality, such designs offer a promising alternative for health-conscious consumers.
