RESULTS OF THE STUDY OF THE EPIZOOTOLOGY OF BRAZILIAN DISEASE AND DIAGNOSTIC EXAMINATION

The article shows that the development and increase of productivity of sheep breeding - one of the main branches of animal husbandry, proper care for them, obtaining healthy lambs, protection from various diseases are urgent problems today. In particular, the process of studying the epizootological situation on anaerobic infectious diseases of sheep, carried out in private subsidiary farms of the population of the Kashkadarya, Samarkand and Jizzakh regions, is described. In addition, the procedures for laboratory diagnostics of pathological samples from sheep that died from bradsot or were forced to be killed are described in detail. Pathogenic strains are isolated, their cultural-morphological, tinctorial, biochemical and biological features are studied, data on them are analyzed. At the end of the text, it is emphasized that the final diagnostics of bradsot sheep and, of course, bacteriological research in laboratory conditions are of great importance. It is noted that one of the main issues in the prevention of Bradzot's disease is timely vaccination of sheep and implementation of veterinary and sanitary measures.
