ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN NATIONAL MEDIA TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

The article examines current issues of improving the mechanisms for implementing intellectual property rights in national media in accordance with international standards. The author analyzes the current state of legal regulation, identifies key problems, and offers recommendations for harmonizing national legislation with international norms. Special attention is paid to the protection of copyright, combating piracy, and improving legal culture in the media industry.
