Directions for improving the mechanism for protecting the safety of employees are indicated in the production of industrial enterprises. The impact of the mechanism for protecting the safety of employees on the development of industrial production and its practical results are expressed. The main purpose of the mechanism for protecting the safety of employees is to provide employees with information on dangerous factors that occur during the period of human labor activity in production, their causes and ways of elimination, ensuring labor frustration and creating safe and healthy working conditions, protecting employees from various risks and generating practical skills.
