THE GUARANTEE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article provides a detailed analysis of the issue of ensuring human rights in the new Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, adopted through a nationwide referendum in 2023, from legal, social, and international perspectives. The mechanisms for protecting human rights, the main types of rights, their practical implementation, and the content of legal guarantees are examined. In addition, the compatibility of the Constitution with international law norms is highlighted.
