CURRENT ISSUES IN THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES

This article applies a systemic and analytical approach to examine current challenges in the provision of healthcare services within modern healthcare systems. The study analyzes interrelated determinants of service quality and efficiency, including human resources capacity, accessibility, governance, financing, and digitalization, with reference to international experience and the case of Uzbekistan. The findings show that the combined effect of these factors reduces service quality and patient satisfaction, highlighting the need for integrated and comprehensive management solutions.
